  • Your Good Dog Co. delivery service will continue until cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to the Subscriptions section of your account, or follow the links from your monthly order notification emails.
  • The subscription fee for your monthly deliveries will be automatically charged to your securely stored nominated payment method, on the same day each month. You can view your next payment date in the Billing section of your Account. You will receive a tax invoice via email once your payment method has been debited each month.

  • We provide our parasite prevention products and plans based on the information that you provide us with about your pet.
  • Our recommendations are based on your pet’s weight and age. It is extremely important to ensure all information you provide regarding your pet is accurate and up to date. Administering the wrong medication can be dangerous and detrimental to your pet’s health.
  • Please check the packaging carefully before administering your pet’s medication to ensure that the weight displayed is suitable for your pet.
  • We provide all manufacturer data, safety information and administration instructions for the supplied medications on our Product Information page. This can also be accessed by scanning the QR code on the medication box.
  • If there has been a mistake with the provided medication, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the issue.
  • You must be a registered member to make orders from our website.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your pet’s information up to date. As your pet grows or their weight changes, please update this under your pet’s profile in your account.
  • Please ensure your delivery details stay up to date. Contact us immediately if your address has changed during the month. Details must be updated 7 days prior to your selected delivery cycle. We will not be held responsible for deliveries arriving at an incorrect address. In the instance where your delivery is shipped to an old or incorrect address - please let us know immediately so we can arrange for a replacement box to be sent at your expense.
  • We will endeavour to remind you to keep us updated by following the links in our monthly email notifications. You can also edit your delivery address at any time via your online account.
  • Please notify us if your pet is lost or deceased, and we will cancel your subscription and send you virtual hugs.
  • We are proud to be able to offer complimentary shipping on all Good Dog Co. subscription boxes, Australia-wide.
  • You will be notified via email each month once your delivery has been dispatched.
  • Your deliveries will be shipped at the same time each month. We have two shipping cycles – at the beginning of the month (within the first few days of the month) or mid-month. Your delivery cycle will depend on the delivery preference you selected upon sign-up. You can view your delivery cycle in your online account.
  • We will endeavour to dispatch our packages in a timely manner each month. We would, however, like to acknowledge that there may be instances where extenuating or unforeseen factors outside of our control may inhibit our ability to deliver your order on time. In these instances, we will contact you as soon as possible and take all necessary steps to minimise the inconvenience caused to you and your pet.
  • If your delivery does not arrive, or there is a problem with your order, please get in contact with us immediately.
  • We will do our best to ensure your pet’s parasite prevention remains on its regular cycle or we will send out your pet’s package promptly, so they are protected for the remainder of the month. 
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Any plans cancelled after the monthly billing date will still be shipped, and the cancellation will come into effect the following month.
  • In the instance where you receive the incorrect product due to providing inaccurate or outdated information, you can request a replacement. Return the unopened medication package at your own expense (your pet can keep the treats) and we will gladly and promptly send out the correct dosage for your pet.
  • If you feel that the product is not what was described, was incorrectly advertised or if you are simply unhappy with our subscription service, please get in contact. We’d love your feedback and would love the opportunity to resolve any issues you may be facing.
  • When submitting a return request, your submission will be evaluated at our discretion. If your request is granted, we will provide you with a return authorisation number, and kindly request that you return your unopened medication package to:

  • All Good Dog Squad members are entitled to our 12th Box Free promotion, and will receive one FREE parasite prevention package once they have been a member for 12 months.
  • Good Dog Co. will automatically keep track of your monthly boxes and ensure that every 12th box is free. Your registered payment will not be debited for the month where your free box is provided.
  • You will receive notifications in your emails each month informing you of how many boxes you are away from your free promotion. You can also contact the Good Dog Co. team at any time to find out your status.
  • You and your pet will be treated to a FREE introductory gift within the first three months of joining Good Dog Co.
  • This item will be delivered to the address entered upon signing up to a Good Dog Co. subscription.
  • We reserve the right to change the introductory gift product at any time.
